Shipping policy

All Shipping is done through USPS, and rates are calculated by weight and destination.

All products are handmade and may take extra time to ship. Please allow up to 7 days for us to ship out your order depending on the size of the order. If you have any concerns/questions on when your order will ship please reach out to us directly at info@kodeeskrunchies.com

You will be provided with a tracking number once your package has shipped.

Please note, sometimes larger shipments will go in 2 boxes, so check your tracking to see if it says "Box 1 of X" if you are missing items.

Kodee's Krunchies is not responsible for any packages once they have been received by USPS.

Incorrect Address

Kodee's Krunchies is not responsible for addresses that were entered incorrectly at the time the order was placed. We are able to change an address before the order ships. If the address needs to be changed after the order has been shipped, the customer may be charged a "change of address" fee as applicable by USPS if the change is sucessful.

Late/Missing Packages

Kodee's Krunchies is not responsible for misdelivered/late packages but will do everything to help the customer locate the package.
